• If within the following 24 hours you find a lower rate for an equivalent offer on another internet site (same dates, same room type, same sales conditions, etc) contact Midan Hotel Suites at Rooms@MidanOman.com and attach the required supporting documents to apply for the Best Price Guarantee.
• After verifying the information provided Midan Hotel Suites will confirm your reservation at the lowest stated rate plus we will give you a OMR10.000 dinner voucher.
• You can therefore enjoy your stay with the guarantee of getting the best price for your room. So why book anywhere else?

Terms and Conditions

Definition:

If you book a room online at Midan Hotel Suites and within 24 hours find an equivalent offer on another website for the same room category at Midan Hotel Suites being offered at a lower price (excluding local taxes but including booking fees), we will honour the lower rate and give you a OMR10.000 dinner voucher. This voucher is to be used during your stay at Midan Hotel Suites. Guarantee Application The Best Price Guarantee applies to reservations made through the Midan Hotel Suites website, including our booking partner TheBookingButton, and for which a Reservation Confirmation has been issued to validate the reservation.
To submit a claim under the Best Price Guarantee please contact Midan Hotel Suites with the following details:

• Website address for the offer found on the other site.
• Attach at least one screenshot of the offer found on the other site, clearly showing the date, hotel, room type, the number of guests and the price offered.

Applicable Rates / Exclusions:

The Best Price Guarantee applies solely to hotel room bookings at Midan Hotel Suites and excludes the sale of all-inclusive packages (including an offer proposed at the hotel, transport services or any other service related to the room booking).
The rates covered by the Best Price Guarantee must be accessible to the general public and available for reservation; expressly excluded are:

• group rates
• corporate rates
• conference and seminar rates
• specific promotional offers granting an additional discount after the booking is made (i.e. promotional codes supplied further to the registration in a newsletter)

Type of Rooms:

The Best Price Guarantee applies to the same room category as booked at www.MidanOman.com. The room category claimed for must be available and bookable on another website at the time of verification by the management at Midan Hotel Suites. Dates and length of the stay The Best Price Guarantee applies to the same dates as booked at www.MidanOman.com. For claims concerning a booking of two or more consecutive nights the Best Price Guarantee applies on the basis of the price per night and not on the total amount of the stay. Currency If the rate found on another Internet site is given in a currency different from that of the rate booked at Midan Hotel Suites then Midan Hotel Suites will convert this rate into the same currency as the rate offered at Midan Hotel Suites. The exchange rate used will be the official exchange rate in effect at Bank Muscat (the commercial bank for Midan Hotel Suites) at the time of the initial reservation. Midan Hotel Suites reserves the right to refuse a claim if the exchange rates used by both websites are different. Differences in the currency exchange rates are excluded from the offer. Sales conditions The sales conditions associated with the rate on another internet site must be the same as the sales conditions of the rate booked on the Midan Hotel Suites website in order for the Best Price Guarantee to apply.
This concerns in particular:

• prepayment and deposit requirements
• cancellation conditions
• conditions regarding modification of the reservation

Claim Handling:

After verification by Midan Hotel Suites the Best Price Guarantee will be granted if your claim meets all the conditions. Midan Hotel Suites will send you an email with the reservation details enclosed. In the case of a prepaid reservation rate Midan Hotel Suites will reimburse the difference in price on the credit card initially charged online. If the claim does not meet the conditions of the Best Price Guarantee, Midan Hotel Suites will send you an email stating that the Guarantee cannot be applied. Should you wish to cancel the reservation made on the Midan Hotel Suites website then the Cancellation Policy included on the Reservation Confirmation from Midan Hotel Suites will apply. Payment at the hotel Upon departure from the hotel the rate confirmed by Midan Hotel Suites will be billed together with any other services not included in the reservation (restaurant, laundry, etc). In the event that the rate was prepaid at the time of the booking only the services not included in the reservation (restaurant, laundry, etc) will be billed at check-out. Liability Midan Hotel Suites declines any responsibility regarding any expenses that may arise from cancelling a reservation for all reservations made on any internet site other than the Midan Hotel Suites site. Midan Hotel Suites reserves the right to modify or terminate the Best Price Guarantee and its terms and conditions of this Guarantee at any time and without prior notice.
